6. Encryption & Security Tools

Nexxus includes strong cryptographic tools (AES-256, ChaCha20, Argon2id). You are responsible for compliance with any laws in your jurisdiction governing the import, export, or use of cryptographic software. These tools are intended for legitimate security and privacy purposes only.

7. Tor Integration

Nexxus includes optional Tor network integration. When Tor is enabled, your traffic is routed through the Tor anonymity network. You accept full responsibility for your use of the Tor network and agree to comply with the Tor Project's terms and applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Nexxus contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nexxus, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
